A graduate of Yale, Rebekah L. Fraser is a freelance writer living in rural Massachusetts with her daughter, MacKenzie. Rebekah is a columnist for GROWING magazine, and regularly publishes articles in both trade and consumer magazines. Rebekah also writes feature film scripts, and created and produced a local access television show to promote literacy in children ages 3-8. Her latest creative project, a children’s play, was published in 2008 in the anthology, ECO-THEATER FOR THE GLOBAL VILLAGE. In addition to writing and raising her daughter, Rebekah has served on the board of directors for the Intstitute for Environmental Awareness and the World Peace Project for Children. In 2008, she founded Solstice Sing for Peace, a grassroots global peace movement. Also in 2008, she created Conscious Cow, a blog to promote awareness about creative waste diversion.
